Diemen's INFERNO is a serious hot sauce specially brewed for heat seekers!
Australian Reaper chilli peppers are added together with an intense dosage of Diemen pepper berries for a tongue-numbing heat sensation that promises to resurrect your taste-buds from beyond the grave!

The Diemen pepper leaves and fruits are up to 5 times stronger than ordinary black pepper and have 4 times the anti-oxidants of blueberries. This Australian native ‘super food’ is not only known for its medicinal properties, but contains a hot tasting compound (polygodial) that releases a fragrant, sharp, spicy flavour with a unique ‘bushy’ rainforest after taste, while slowly releasing a tingling burn similar to Sichuan peppers.
