Founded in 1815 Dolin is still independent and one of the last to be producing Vermouth de Chambéry. Using maceration method to product their vermouth, the Dry is clean, herbaceous, slightly alpine with a touch of dry sherry character. A wonderful vermouth which should be a staple in any bar or home.
