Dolin Vermouth Rouge

Founded in 1815 Dolin is still independent and one of the last to be producing Vermouth de Chambéry. Using maceration method to product their vermouth, the Rouge is beautifully semi-sweet with notes of orange, citrus peel, quinine, stewed fruits and cinnamon. Perfect for use in cocktails. 750ml // ABV 16%
