Domaine Achillee Pinot Noir 2021

Jean and Pierre Dietrich of Domaine Achillée are an integral part of the renewal of the vineyard in Alsace. It must be said that their father Yves had already switched the vineyard to organic farming in 1999 and biodynamic farming in 2003. It was therefore quite natural that in 2016, the two Dietrich brothers joined the adventure to give this estate Alsace a new impulse. 

A slightly wild edged pinot noir from Alsace. Black fruits and Morello cherry, with coffee and spice notes developing after some time. A more weighty expression of pinot noir, but its vibrant acidity keeps it sitting in medium weight territory.
