Domaine Belargus Anjou Blanc Roueres 2018

Domaine Belargus is a biodynamic powerhouse of the Loire, combining the forces of pioneers Jo Pithon and Guy Bossard with wine worshipper Ivan Massonnat. The Roueres cuvee is from vines in Quarts-de-Chaume, a region originally known for its mosaic of soils and sweet wines. Chenin blanc at its most powerful. Fleshy fruits, peaches and nectarines with racy green apple acidity. Stony minerality with a menthol flourish followed by a nicely bitter green almond finish.
