In 1984, Jean and Chantal Berthet-Bondet purchased a vineyard that had spent the past half-century in neglect. Almost 40 years later their daughter Hélène now has the reins of this sought after 11 hectare domaine, located in and around Château-Chalon.
This is blend of grape must (2/3) and marc brandy (1/3). Serve at 10° as an aperitif or with a dessert. Can also be used to make certain desserts: pears or melons with Macvin, tiramisu, crème brûlée, tarte tatin, sorbet. - Domaine Berthet-Bondet
