Domaine Clos des Rocs Macon En Pres Foret 2021

Olivier Giroux is a dynamo of a man. Born in the Mâcon, he learned his craft in the northern Rhône valley working in a large commercial winery. When the opportunity came along to take over a domaine with a 7 generation history he decided to move back to the Mâcon, convert the vineyards to organic, and focus on making site specific Chardonnay.

Vibrant notes of green apple, quince, pear, and citrus are all supported by juicy freshness. Ripe yellow peach and orchard blossom. This is classic Macon for a steal.
