Chardonnay from the limestone soils of Saint-Romaine, aged in Georgian Qvevris; the result is one of Cossard's most sought after, pure and expressive white wine expressions. Succulent texture, briny minerality, faint, cashew nut savouriness, ginger, green apple, pink grapefruity acidity. It all happens at once, delivering an incredibly complex and yet refreshing white wine of extreme pedigree.
