60% Grenache 40% Cinsault. Directly pressed, fermented in stainless steel tanks. A rose that goes thru malolactic fermentation.

Pale in colour, strawberries, raspberries and roses define the aromatics. On the palate theres a twist of orange rind, pink peppercorns and creamy soda. Vibrant with pillowy texture yet maintaining minerality and refreshing acidity. A rose primed for the seasons change. - Liz Carey, Importer
