A blend of grenache gris and macabeo. It is a Rivesaltes Ambré Hors d'Age, which means it is more than 5 years old. It was aged in oak barrels, without topping up to allow it to acquire notes of oxidation. Dark amber in colour, walnut and almond on the nose.
