Domaine des Notes Bleues Poulsard que ca... Tu meurs! 2023

A true cult wine producer, sought after in all the right places, or the ones you can't find, and a wine that takes poulsard to its shimmering, fine boned, thirst-quenching best. Tart, red cherry, rose hip tea, dried rose petals, a touch of truffle and dashes of cola and clove. It's gently savoury under super bright, refreshing red fruits. It's so pure. Awesome.
