Domaine Gueguen Cremant de Bourgogne Blanc de Noirs Brut NV

Cremant from France tends to be such good value, particularly compared to Champagne, with quality control, smaller volume, organic farming, hand-making all inherent here. This is produced from pinot noir, it ends up showing off some light red fruitiness, but lots of creamy vanilla, toasty spice, cinnamon, green apple and pink grapefruit zing. Layers and layers here with requisite vigorous bubbles. Sensational.
