Domaine Labet Serail Vin de Liqueur 2006

Domaine Labet Sabir Vin de Liqueur is an exceptionally rare, sweet Jura fortified wine crafted as a single cask bottling. A blend of aged chardonnay and savagnin grape marc delivers immense depth and complexity with striking notes of caramelised citrus, stewed pear, toasted almonds, and earthy spices. 

Aged for 9 years in 228-liter barrels along with additional bottle aging, the Sabir 2006 aiaromatic, notes of orachard fruit, quice and honey abound withoxidative hints of almond and roasted nuts.
