Domaine Labet Sabir Vin de Liqueur 2008

Domaine Labet Sabir Vin de Liqueur is an exceptionally rare, sweet Jura fortified wine crafted as a single cask bottling. A blend of aged chardonnay and savagnin grape marc delivers immense depth and complexity with striking notes of caramelised citrus, stewed pear, toasted almonds, and earthy spices. 

Aged for 9 years in 228-liter barrels along with additional bottle aging, the Sabir 2008 is rich and voluptuous with high viscosity, balanced by surprisingly lively, electric acidity.
