Domaine Ratte Les Corvees Trousseau 2022

From husband-and-wife team Michel-Henri and Francoise Ratte who work the soil and make their own wine from one of the best sites in Arbois to grow trousseau, Les Corvées. This is a rarely seen variation of that grape variety, trousseau à la dame. The grapes are fermented naturally, aged in stainless, with a small bunch aged in oak to add texture. Wild, pure and really smooth with a hint of leather, shy notes of white pepper and a lick of red fruits all the way through to finish with a gentle acidity. Get on it!
