Domaine Ratte Nature Savagnin 2022

"Naturé" is the old school name of Savagnin. This wine is from a single vineyard called Pré Levront just below Corvées.  The vines are 20 years old, but a small part was planted by Francoise's great-grandfather over 100 years ago.

Pear, lemon and quite herbal. Quite reductive struck match and needs some time and a decant to show at its best. Pithy and textural on the palate with plenty of acid cut and juicy finish- everything you'd want from the Jura and more. Do not miss this bottle of wine!
