A whole bunch fermented pinot noir from Tissot, the grapes are from a vineyard below Curon (hence the name, which translates as "below the tower"), which spends three weeks on skins, and a year in mostly old oak.
A spicy, fleshy, juicy red fruited wine, slightly left of centre with plenty of that Jurassic feral, bloody interest amid a pure mineral tension. Not to be missed.
