Domaine Tissot Les Graviers Chardonnay 2020

The most Burgundian in style of Stephane's chardonnays, the grapes from Les Graviers are planted in limestone-rich soils, wild fermented and aged in large neutral oak barrels. 

Savoury, slightly nutty with sea spray and lemon citrus, cushioned by white flesh peach fruits, this is a complex and incredible expression of chardonnay. The kind of wine that will stall beautifully in the cellar but is elegant and expressive drinking right now, too.
