Well, now we are beyond that tech detail, this is sensational. It's a wine we go for knock-offs, for impressing people, for all the time. Tense and refreshing with laser-like focus but enough savoury, nutty mettle to elevate and make the wine a more complex attraction. Exceptional length of flavour, a pulse of fine bubbles, green apple, touches of brioche and sugared almonds, then an utterly bone dry (yes!) finish. What can't Dredgey do?!
