Dr Edge Tasmania Riesling is a blend of Derwent Valley and Tamar Valley fruit. Pressed to clay amphora and old oak casks, the juice is fermented naturally, matured for 9 months on lees. The amphora contains a small amount of whole clusters. Bottled without fining. Not your nanna'a riesling, but that's why we love it.
