From Mount Crawford, Eden Valley. Left on lees for twelve months and then bottled without additives, including no sulphur. Released for our pleasure now-ish.

Moreish white wine of medium weight territory, soft, supple, flowing texture, a core of briny minerality. Waxy green skin pear with guava, cumquat and cucumber in tonic water characters with a faint undertow of creamy cashew and faint white pepper notes. Delicious, smooth ride with a little glint of x-factor elevating everything. Straight up wicked drinking.  WineFront.com.au
