From 1970s plantings in Eden Valley, which I believe makes them pretty old for the variety in Australia. Zero Zero wine too (no adds, no sulphur).

Totally terrific. It’s got texture, a waxiness and grip, it’s got savouriness, a kind of bitter, wild honeycomb elements with Brazil nut pleasing bitterness too. Amongst that, green, tart apple notes, some gingery lift and pepperiness, lemongrass, preserved lemon, cumin spice and faint toasty cinnamon notes. Lots on.
