Emilio Lustau Vermut Rojo NV

One of Spain’s blockbuster Sherry producers has brought their Midas touch to the world of vermouth. Much like trad Spanish iterations of vermut rojo (red vermouth), this one has a bright, sweet, fruity palate – orange peel, dried apricot – backed by Christmas cake-like spice and notes of sticky toffee and cocoa. Great for cocktails with brown spirits or in a tall glass with loads of ice, a soda top-up, an olive and an orange slice. Muy bueno!
