Emmalene is a project from an older gen growing family in the Adelaide Hills - they focus on sustainability in farming and decided to turn their hand to making their own gear from their own supply. This is pretty straight-forward pinot gris with a little extra texture going on. Nashi pear, lime juice, some cinnamon spice, all up super pleasing and easy to drink.  Let the good times roll.
