Ester Spirits Beez Knees

Ester Strong Gin, blended with yuzu umeshu, citrus and honey. Presented in a
Ester bottle waxed, inside with bees wax, imparting the cocktail a luscious waxy mouthfeel.

This cocktail is the perfect sweet sour balance as honey and citrus meld into our strong gin.

Re-fill the bottle with white rum, gin or whiskey after your done and to give some extra demotion to your spirits (you can do this at least three times!). YUM!!!
