Ester Spirits White Cane Spirit

Husband and wife team Felix and Corinna set out to make 'bloody good booze' and our word they have! 

This is a first edition, pre-release product that just took home World's Best Unaged Pot Still Cane Spirit at the World Rum Awards 2024. Part of the Ester Tester series - this booze is so fresh it doesn't have a label yet.

We take northern NSW sugar cane molasses, ferment it hot and fast using a proprietary yeast blend. Pot distilled twice, this spirit is dichotomous, with a lighter, more vegetal, agricole style nose, reminiscent of a Haitian Clairin and a rich burnt candy on the palate, more evocative of Jamaican rum. - Ester Spirits

Grassy, tropical + creamy.

Makes a funky, verdant Piña Colada for a more elevated take on the tiki classic.
