Ester Spirits Dry Gin

Husband and wife team Felix and Corinna set out to make 'bloody good booze' and our word they have! An uncomplicated, clean, crisp, yet with that something special to it, no bullshit dry style gin. 

A traditional London Dry style starting off boldly with that Juniper hit a true gin lover is looking for. Spicy smacks of pepperberry, cardamon, cassia and clove come next before a lovely floral flourish of lemon myrtle and finger lime all balanced out by the savouriness of native macadamia and a last sweet lift of mandarin. 

This gin should be a staple in every home bar, an every day gin in the best possible way. 10/10 from us.
