Fanny Sabre Bourgogne Rouge Cuvée XXIV 2024

Pinot Noir from Fanny Sabre. Words that bring a tear to our eyes. We love these wines. She's a young Burgundian winemaker and here sources fruit from a few different vineyards to create this super expressive, lively red wine. It sings of spiced red fruit and hums with silty tannins, bright acidity and a trim of malty spice. The general gist is, this feels way more interesting and expressive than so much hum-drum Burgundy - the wines are pure and alive.
