Born in Evanston, a suburb north of Chicago which was once the seat of prohibition and headquarters of the Temperance movement, FEW was established by Paul Hletko in 2011.
Made with a three grain mash consisting predominantly of corn with the addition of malt and rye the FEW bourbon is a deep gold in colour packed with notes of toffee, vanilla with spicy notes of cinnamon and clove. A wonderful slipping whisky espically in this chilly weather.
