Birrarung Country

This hit us for six. It spent three weeks on skins so it has lots of nice grip to the texture, but its the core of zesty, zingy acidity that kept us on our toes and hounding the glass. It’s a feisty number for sure. We loved its super high refreshment factor, the galloping drinkability. And in all that, a blend most unusual in classic riesling and the rarely seen arinto grape variety. What a coup, all up! Delicious.
