Foradori Lezer Teroldego 2024

Elisabetta Foradori, the almighty queen of northern Italian wine, works here magic with teroldego yet again. This an assemblage of 10 different trials of short macerations in amphora, steel, wood and cement. The final product is vivid and youthful, fruity but dry, and maintains a rather rippling, stony minerality, abundant freshness and tart acidity. A noble experiment indeed.
