Fortaleza, meaning 'Fortitude', is produced from estate grown Agave using traditional stone milling, brick oven cooking methods (cooking time takes about 36 hours) and open air wooden vats. The nose displays citrus and rich cooked agave and black pepper with the palate similarly presenting with vegetal, citrus and vanilla notes with a long deep finish.
Each bottle and stopper are hand blown and hand carved. A true aficionado’s tequila.
