Each year the ‘Blanc’ has been released, by the father-son winemaking duo of the Colmans, the wine shape shifts based on ‘best of’ white varieties of the season. The wine is always interesting in its mesh of various fruit characters, from tropical through to citrus, with floral lift, racy mineral qualities and nutty savouriness. Layers on layers. All this and it remains in a somewhat lightweight frame too. Vibrancy plus!
