Our Fernet embodies the very essence of our combined love of Amari and herbal liqueurs. With additions of Kangaroo Island saffron to provide a subtle earthy-sweet profile, Adelaide Hills kumquats to round out the middle palate with a citrus profile and gentian, orris and licorice to provide a lingering bitterness, our Fernet is certainly a nod to the contemporary, earthy and deceptively fresh.
