This is not your bulk standard Prosecco from a tank farm, which have sadly become all too familiar. It is hand-bucketed fruit, pressed in small batches in our 500kg press and fermented in 1000L vessels in our shed on the hill. It is Prosecco with character, fresh orchard fruits with a lovely savoury almond skin complexity. Delicious, super versatile and with plenty of interest. - Future Days
