Genie FiFi the Night Queen Grenache 2025

Grenache grapes from Rosnay organic vineyard in Canowindra. De-stemmed and wild fermented on skins, in stainless steel for 10 days and then gently pressed off to complete fermentation. Transferred to clay amphorae eggs to age and settle. Racked once more, back into amphorae, and then bottled by gravity straight from the egg six months later. No adds to this one, only 700 bottles made. Light and juicy cranberry and plums with a deep earthy undertone and tannin. - Jeanie Taylor, winemaker
