GilGraves saw just about all of their wine stock destroyed in the tragic, Harcourt bushfires - the entire Harcourt cold stores was obliterated, taking out many wine, beer, spirit and primary producers stock. GilGraves are beautiful producers from Central Victoria and have managed to amass a little spare wine from friends to keep going. 

A pitch perfect, light to medium weight red wine made from shiraz and cabernet, that classic Aussie blend, here reimagined as a bit of a chillable red. Crunch to texture, a little haziness too, a light shimmy of dusty tannin then all the forest berries, green olive, white pepper and sweet spice. Lovingly made by Jake Winther of Trutta fame.
