Blind Unicorn Pet Nat Pink 2024

Take everything you know and love about your favourite fizzy chenin, and add a splash of shiraz. The usual pub squash-like personality remains, but with slightly juicier, riper dimensions and a bit more red-fruit along for the ride. Some tangy tropical notes in here, too, guava and the like. Just that right amount of funk and fun. Summer does come by the bottle.

Selection Massale Marlborough Chardonnay 2023

A rich, textural chardonnay with intensity of flavour, structure and balance of oak. The fruit was hand harvested, wild-fermented in small and large format French oak (approx. 5% new) to achieve a balance of texture and taste. Full malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged on gross lees for 12 months prior to being bottled unfiltered and unfined.

Tampopo Bianco 2023

Orange wine from Orange. A blend of predominantly sauvignon blanc with a splash of both muscat d'Alexandria a.k.a zibibbo and riesling for your drinking pleasure. Perfectly paired with Money Bags and Pad Kee Mao.

P&V Session Rose 2023

A true favourite with the staff at P&V, she is dry dry dry, refreshing and glugable. Who doesn’t like pink wine?!

Maison Soleil Pinot Noir 2024

Made with guidance by the outstanding vigneron Dave Gartelmann, this is a side project from the wonderful Das Juice fellas. A pinot noir that could come from the dictionary albeit with the au naturale flair we love. It’s all dark cherry juice, cola, brambles and sweet spice with slinky, fine, tightening tannins and a bright, juicy finish. Supple and flowing beautifully, it’s such an easy thing to enjoy.  

Wind River Shiraz 2022

"A single vineyard classic that pays homage to the beautiful slice of the Adelaide Hills that I call home" says wine maker Matt Keoghan. 

A shiraz for pizza night, afternoon BBQ's or Tuesday night on the couch. Spicy, meaty, blackberry and blood plum. A little bit serious.....and also seriously good!
