Blind Unicorn Pet Nat Pink 2024

Take everything you know and love about your favourite fizzy chenin, and add a splash of shiraz. The usual pub squash-like personality remains, but with slightly juicier, riper dimensions and a bit more red-fruit along for the ride. Some tangy tropical notes in here, too, guava and the like. Just that right amount of funk and fun. Summer does come by the bottle.

Chateau Sholto Chardonnay 2024

A delightful little chardonnay made just for us by our great mate Sholto Broderick from Basket Range Wines in the Adelaide Hills. In 2024 the weather was predominantly cool and wet however, the quality of the grapes was magnificent. This vintage sees a more generous style for those that like a little more weight in their chardonnay, with ripe citrus and stone fruit, and beaming acidity that The Hills is known for. Love ya Sholto!!

Pool Wines Blossom Moscato Giallo 2024

Three weeks carbonic maceration before a slow gentle three day press through the basket. Floral and a little spicy with a mouth watering natural acidity. Salted Meyer lemon, earl grey, sichuan and pink peppercorns

Giovanni Armani Giorgio Rosato Dell'Amore 2024

Somewhat perturbed by the scratching of cigarette butts at his feet, Giovanni looked up with a perplexing gaze towards Vesuvius from Mappatella Beach. If only some harmony could exist between the paradox of the uptight and the fastidious northerners and the chaotic and vibrant southerners. This rose is nebbiolo, sangiovese and aglianico, a visceral medley of passion, indulgence, tradition and innovation.

Selection Massale Central Otago Pinot Noir 2023

A plush, red-fleshed Pinot Noir from Bendigo, Central Otago. Bright, crimson red in appearance with sweet, juicy red fruits on the palate. Blackberry, Morello cherry and cacao dominate. Soft and supple mouthfeel with a long, persistent finish.

Minim Colbinabbin Nero d'Avola 2023

It’s from a cooler part of Heathcote so there’s plenty of legit, nero d’Avola crunch and tang in the mix of ripe cherry, cherry cola, sarsaparilla characters expected from the variety. It’s juicy and bright, vivacious as a style with enough grippy tannin to reset the palate and deliver a more complex, nuanced expression of the variety. Any which way you come at it, this is a sophisticated but ultimately super drinkable red with high charisma. Love it.
