A classic expression, true to Grande Champagne style. On the nose, think liquorice and oak, which builds to encompass sultanas and dried apricots. Stewed stone fruits, vanilla and clove. Rich, round and creamy. Spices and dried fruits. This is the rarest of the rare – a 35-year-old Cognac, of which only 90 litres of produced. Treat yourself.
