Lots of flavour and personality, waxy lime, cumquat, thick ginger notes, some honey-glazed cashew nut, cinnamon, lemon verbena, lime pickle. A feast for the senses. It’s medium weight and yet finds cut and shards of crisp acidity. There’s layers to the personality of the wine. It’s got intensity and flow and freshness.
