Hartshorn Distillery Sheep Whey Vodka

Hailing from Grandview Sheet Farm and Fromagerie in Tasmania, this unfiltered sheep whey vodka is distilled from the natural byproduct of Grandvewe’s cheesemaking process, which is notable in itself for exclusively using the milk of estate-grown sheep. With an abundance of milk-sweetness up front and sublime texture and structure, this vodka is excellent solo but truly shines when mixed. Each bottle is hand sprayed black and the label hand written and signed by Head Distiller Ryan Hartshorn and the vodka is made only in very small batches of 17-24 bottles.

Designed to be drunk straight at room temperature, she also goes alright in a Martini with olives.
