The OG of cherry liqueurs which is still made to the reciepe that Danish creatour Peter Heering came up with in 1818. Using fresh crushed cherries mixed with spirit, sugar and spices then matured in oak for three years, the result is a sweet natural cherry & full flavoured liqueur. Essential for making Raffles' the world famous Singapore Sling and our personal favourite Harry Craddock's cocktail The Blood & Sands.
