Heiwa Shuzo KID Sparkling Sake 2025

Heiwa Shuzo was established in 1928 in Wakayama prefecture. Their goal is to create products that reflect the landscape, climate and raw materials of their birthplace - Wakayama. The brewery is surrounded by mountains providing soft pure water perfect for brewing sake.

This sparkling sake from Heiwa Shuzo is made with Yamada Nishiki rice. The rice is polished to 50% making this a Junmai Daiginjo sparkling sake. A fresh and textural style with a fine mousse and lingering palate. Green apple, white flowers & melon. Brilliant as an aperitif however also works well with lighter dishes. - Black Market Sake

Serve chilled.

HANDLING: Once opened the Mioya 'Yuho 55' will last well for at least 4 - 5 weeks, ideally in a refrigerator.
