Hellyers Road are Australia's oldest operating whisky producer and very proudly do everything in-house, from scratch. They've been mashing, fermenting and distilling Single Malt at their distillery in North-West Lutriwata (Tasmania) since 1999.

This Single Malt was bottled after seven years hiding away in ex-Oloroso Sherry casks imported from Jerez, Spain. Elegant and complex, with layers of cinnamon spice, sweet caramelised fruit and a backbone of savoury, nutty oak.
