Hickson House Distilling Co. Aussie Dry Gin

Locally made in the Rocks this Hickson Rd. London Dry style but with a distinct Aussie twist. Juniper forward with notes of coriander, angelica and orris root and Old Man Saltbush results in a dry and aromatic gin with a hint of salinity reminiscent of the being down at the harbour. Works great in a dirty martini!
