Single site, liatiko the variety, a touch of whole bunch in the wild ferment.
Supple texture, dark cherry, cola, cranberry jelly, toasty, woody spices, cardamom, caraway seed included. Some terracotta texture and kind of leafy-earthy flavours here as well. Crisp acidity underlying, a bit of body, but super pretty in the same feel. Spicy, spicy finish, almost tactile stipple points of pepper. Authentic in feel. - The Wine Front
