Liatiko is the variety on hand. From five vineyards and various elevations and positions. So, 20% of the wine sees a week skin contact.
Orange-garnet colour in the glass. Deep looking hue. Swishes with silty tannin and puckering freshness, blood orange, white cherry, touches of hazelnut, dried herbs and a bit of peppery pep. It’s an uplifting style with serious structure and savouriness, yet retains a brisk friskiness and freshness. A proper mouthful of rose here. - The Wine Front
