Australian Lambrusco style bubbles in BIG BOTTLES made by Tim Ward, need we say more? This is lambrusco maestri is from Merbein, North West Victoria. Foot stomped for 4 days before being fermented. A deep purple colour with fresh bright intense fruity aromas, wonderfully contrasted by a dry, fun and funky palate. Savoury elements, rich, red berry fruitiness, dusty spice, dried leaves, blood orange freshness. Vibrant and dark at the same time. YES.
