Infusi Dall'Eremo Traditional Gentiane

This gentian infusion, passed down through the herbal traditions of Abruzzo monks, was widely used in the Middle Ages as a remedy for various gastrointestinal ailments and as a febrifuge, thanks to genziopicrin, the active compound naturally found in the root.

Crafted through the cold infusion of Gentiana lutea roots—a high-altitude plant renowned for its pronounced tonic and digestive properties—in pure alcohol. Its value is further enhanced by the presence of carefully selected herbs that lend the liqueur a delicately vibrant character.
