Tempranillo from Mt Bera certified organic fruit, produced in a very joven/nouveau style. A lively thing. Around a week on skins between carbonic maceration and a day of skin contact as juice and skins.

It’s sloshy and loose knit but holds coolness and freshness. Tart cherry, pickled beetroot, peppery spice, alpine herbs, white balsamic uplift between the bouquet and palate. Vigorously fresh though some may come to the wine with a bias for their enjoyment of kombucha or vinegary shrubs, in that, drinking both is great and the wine provides an easy pathway to tonic-like nourishment and frisky drinking. Charming for its levity, but perhaps off kilter for its left of centre feel. Drunk cold, a lot of fun. - The Wine Front
